Half plate ambrotype of French peasant woman and her daughter, in original passe-partout mount. Light tinting in blue to sitter's apron. Embellished on reverse with date "1857" in oversize folk-art lettering. Dimensions of mount 7 x 5.75 inches (18x14 cm).   ( Inventory# fb29 )
