Unfortunately the photographer's name is not legible in the imprint partially visible through the image at top of card. However I find references to other cards with imprint for "Dygert's Portrait Gallery ... Jordan N.Y.," which seem to refer to a George (H.) Dygert that operated in Jordan during the period, so Dygert is likely the photographer of this image.
