Quarter plate English daguerreotype of three boys, with applied color to skin-tones and hair. Housed in a full case with gilt imprint for Barratt & Stanley. Some chipping from case leather, image resealed with substitute period mat.   ( Inventory# hb15 )

A wonderful pose of what appear to be three brothers.

Found in what is very likely the original Barratt & Stanley case, with a mis-sized mat which has been replaced.
