Quarter plate English daguerreotype of a young girl with ringlets, signed in stylus on the plate "E.S.Beul / Manchester / 1853". Housed in passe-partout mount 6 x 5 inches (15x13 cm). Label on reverse identifies the sitter as "Isabel Temple Eastall".   ( Inventory# ia171 )

Very uncommon, hand-signed daguerreotype by a Manchester (UK) daguerreotypist, whose name I read as "E. S. Beul":

The plate bears a plate-mark perhaps worth noting, two "E"s back-to-back followed by "30":

Some light tinting has been applied to the sitter's cheeks. The cover glass bears scratches and other imperfections.
