Overall in very nice condition with some minor surface wear and irregularities. This appears to be one of those old-time pedal sewing machines. The sitter is holding something under the needle as if sewing on it, however focus is soft in this area and the object cannot be made out exactly. An open pair of scissors and a thimble are on the tabletop to the right.
