Large card-mounted photograph of eight women gathered together for a game of cards ca. 1900. On mount approx. 9 x 7 inches (18x23 cm). Print size 4.5 x 6.5 inches (12x17 cm).   ( Inventory# ic574a )

Although no money is evident on the table, these women seem to take their cards seriously. They hold hands of up to eight cards. On the wall behind them we see a typically busy Victorian-era interior, including numerous framed photographs, advertisements, and knickknacks.

In excellent condition, corners of card rounded.
