CDV-format albumen print circa 1880 showing a nature study by Constant Famin. The card is imprinted on reverse "C. Famin Photographe / 26. Avenue D'Orleans" but with the remarkable addition in period pen "et Madame" ("and Mrs. [Famin]"), apparently indicating that Famin's wife was involved in the production of either the original images or their CDV-sized versions.   ( Inventory# id474c )

Some images in this group were found signed "...et Madame Famin" and others simply "...et Madame", but clearly all with the same intent, see comparison of inscriptions below.
