The warlike assembly of finely worked daggers, guns and crossbows is joined not to the traditional trophy heads, helmets, etc. but to a lovely female head and funky vase with tulips. Comfy haphazard cushions on the bench lend an aura of actual home life rather than dry tableau.

Mount has noticeable foxing , outside the brown printed band surrounding image.
