Woman by Dodero

Sixth plate daguerreotype of a woman by [Louis?] Dodero, Marseille, 1850s. Housed in reverse-painted glass mount with elaborate studio label on reverse.
Poignant view of a woman holding heavily overpainted flowers. The housing is very similar to a half-stereo mount and image shows crisp execution, but was clearly intended as a single image. There is some spotting on underside of glass and on the image from glass decay, see scan.
Dodero's label contains a stern warning against confusing him with other daguerreotypists located nearby, so I am unsure whether to identify him with the Louis Dodero listed at 23 rue St. Ferréol ca. 1850. Image has been opened for cleaning of glass and resealed.
Label reads: "Marseille Presque au coin de la rue Pavillon et vis-a-vis M. Moulet / DODERO PHOTOGRAPHE / 8, Rue St. Ferreol, 8. / Portraits en ville et apres deces / Gd. assort. d'Ecrins, Broches, Cadres, Medaill.s / Auteur d'un procede depose aux Archives de l'Academi des Sciences de Paris Seance du 8 Octobre 1850. / Avis / [So]n atelier n'est pas au commencement de la rue St Ferreol, je crois devoir le rappeler au Pu? ndu que par megarde plusieurs personnes le designent ainsi cette indication trop faci[le] ?t etre pourrait produire des erreurs et un travail dont je ne pourrais me rendre respona[ble] / Les Portraits sertant de chez moi portent mon nom et mon adresse".
