CDV-sized tintype (ferrotype) ca. 1930.   ( Inventory# gd05 )

The two boisterous night owls in this odd tintype seem to toast us with glasses of milk, or maybe it's eggnog. Tintypes from the 30s are very uncommon, this is the first one I have seen with an interesting subject. Earlier mounting, probably in a windowed sleeve, is evident in emulsion losses around the edges.
