Quarter plate daguerreotype of mother affectionately holding child in a cheek-to-cheek post, housed in an excellent condition TOKEN leather case.   ( Inventory# id715 )

Plate has great brilliance and detail. There is a white spot to left of mother's head, otherwise in excellent condition.

The Token case case only normal light wear and no evident repairs. Front cover has a slight bow but closes well and clasp snaps shut.
